I was finishing with my trainer. Turns out I like Middle Eastern men to boss me around in love and gym.
To the right a thirty something woman leaps to her feet and yells, “I did it! I did a push-up!”. She jumped up and down a few more times and then hugged her trainer.

Your Two Cents: Soda and Potatoes
One of the leading contributing factors to gaining pounds, according to those studies always coming out. Never heard anything good about soda, except that maybe Coke can shine chrome. Seriously? Luckily, I don’t have an affection for it. However, potatoes….well, they’re my arch nemesis. We all have one. I’m cheering you on!

Cannot underestimate the importance of drinking water. You will loathe the amount of trips to the restroom at first, but your body adjusts after a week and less trips are needed. A nutritionist once said to me, “Imagine each time you pee, you’re flushing away fat cells and toxins.” ;-)

What Motivates Me Today
I want to be the hot wife.
I want to be the pretty mama.
I want to look pregnant not questionable one day.
I want to sleep well and dream sweetly.
I don’t want to think every ache and pain is a pending heart attack and keep baby aspirin close by.
I want to live without burden.
This motivates me today. This is why I’m going to keep moving tonight.

Guest Post: Miss Taylor Cast Runs A Marathon
Today I took a cab to the gym…that I live walking distance from. Yes, I took a $5 cab ride to the gym. Does that defeat the purpose? Probably. Do I care? Not really. But I did feel a little embarrassed getting out of the cab. Next time I’ll make him drop me at the corner. It was 15 degrees out at 6am stop judging me.
