16 New Habits, 4 Every 40 Days
160 days to lose 40 pounds. 16 new habits to incorporate. 4 new habits every 40 days. I’m tired already.
1. Hydrate (other people drink water, not me so this should be fun)
2. Cut out soda (fine, cut out the Diet Coke)
3. 40 minutes of cardio daily (see Marc from PayanX’s update on this!)
4. 40 minutes of weight training twice a week (see Marc from PayanX’s update on this!)
5. 40% of normal food intake
6. Lower sodium intake
7. Add vegetables (and I don’t mean potatoes)
8. Buy groceries
9. No fast food
10. Incorporate brain foods into my diet
11. Take vitamins
12. In bed and off tech by 10pm
13. No tech Sundays
14. Remove scale (this is a hard one for me)
15. Add Yoga
16. Add an outdoor fitness activity, once a week
