Marc Payan followed up on my 16 habits with the following great bit of advice…
Instead of wasting your time with 40 min of cardio daily alone try combining #s 3 &4: Example- Run 2 minutes, squats 2 minutes, push ups 2 minutes, lunges 2 minutes, sit ups 2 minutes and then rest for a minute and do it 3X. BAM! You’re done in 33 minutes!
