New Habits: 1. Hydrate 2. No soda 3. PayanX cardio/strength training workout 4. Vitamins Pounds Lost: 0 Pounds To Goal: 40 Total Inches Lost: 0 General Mood: Excited. Encouraged. Terrified. Update: I did not start my day with a Diet Coke and I am still alive. Carry on, folks.

End of Day: My head really hurts from the caffeine withdrawal but I’m remembering Robert Ramirez’ words about ups and downs and pushing thru.
