Day Two

New Habits: 1. Hydrate 2. No soda 3. PayanX cardio/strength training workout 4. Vitamins Pounds Lost: 0 Pounds To Goal: 40 Total Inches Lost: 0 General Mood: Calm.  Happy.  Not ready to throw the scale against the wall yet.

End of Day: I am drinking club soda instead of Diet Coke.  The caffeine headaches stopped this morning.  Hallelujah.  I weighed myself this morning and was the same.  Any other time I would quit my plan and order some pancakes.  This time I decided, I knew, I was making long term changes and long term changes take long term time to develop.

Do the work and the scale will follow.
